Our story
The recipes crossed an ocean. The welcome found a home in Franklin Square.
Prince Umberto’s was established by a family who came to America and built something lasting: a place where pizza, pasta and generous Italian cooking could bring people together. Nearly five decades later, the restaurant remains part of the neighborhood because the values behind it have never changed—work hard, cook with care and always make room at the table.
